RETURN POLICY 

Once manufacturing has begun the SALE IS FINAL unless a manufacturing defect is present. These custom-made orders are unique to each customer and cannot be refunded or resold. Custom orders can be halted after the consultation but before manufacturing begins.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

All items are quality checked but very rarely there may be a defect we didn't notice. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is NOT considered a manufacturing defect. Jewelry and gemstones are delicate and should be handled with care. Gemstones breaking from mishandling is not considered a manufacturing defect. Please see Care Instructions on the website for further information.

If you find your pieces with a manufacturing defect we will gladly repair, exchange, or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:

The product must have been received within 7 days of notification.

 You must notify Studio Remod as soon as possible via email at info@studioremod.com with:
  • A photograph of the item with a description of the defect.
  • A proof of purchase using the original email invoice from Studio Remod.

We will respond within two business days with a RA (Return Authorization) number and confirmation of the address to post your item. Items must be sent via courier with a tracking number. Studio Remod cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping so please ensure all items being returned are securely packaged with protective wrapping and clearly addressed. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted so please take care when posting. For international returns you must mark "RETURNED GOODS" on the commercial invoice through your designated courier company. This is to ensure that the items do not incur additional customs duties and taxes. The item will be assessed upon return for defect. Studio Remod will then repair, replace, refund or in circumstances offer an exchange if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. Replacements are only possible if the item is available. If an exchange is offered and the price of the item differs from the original amount then Studio Remod will refund the difference or request payment prior to sending the new item. Refunds will be made through original payment method. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Studio Remod; however, please allow up to 14 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited.

REPAIRS

Repairs to damaged goods are assessed on a case-by-case basis within a year of your original purchase.  Fees may apply if repair is possible.
